General Fishing Tips:
1) Best way to
untangle a twisted fishing line, is remove all lures and leave line empty,
then pull line off spool for a long distance, then rewind line onto reel, which releases the tangles. If you are in a boat, do the same procedure leave line retrieve behind boat. Speeding up the boat allows for a quicker entanglement. Then reel line back onto reel and you are ready for fishing again.
2) There
are various words that are used to describe the location of a lure, which are
shallow deep, fast, slow, clear, etc. which may mean different things to different people. Getting an explanation of these words could get you better results when fishing.
3) When using various types of
spoons or plugs, it is necessary to make this lure as free as possible when
attaching it to your line. To get the best or proper action, a split ring or duo lock snap should be used. A loose loop knot can also give same results in giving the lure the proper action.
